The revelations at the Zondo commission exposed the infamous tendering system which compromises service delivery. Now that the government is under pressure to terminate relations with Bosasa/African globlal, the reality is that people awaiting deportation or repatriation at that facility remain government responsibility. Should government move these people to its facilities will your department consider insourcing the current employees of this outsourced service? The similar situation happened during the Life Esidimeni saga. I cant imagine the caring government opting to increase unemployment rate which is at the shocking 29.1% by not insourcing these workers.
