Dear Dr.Dlomo.I was a teacher at Amajuba district.On the 15th Aug.2013 I was at Osizweni High school for moderations.Unfortunately Mrs.Ndlovu,from Zama high school hit me with a car.An ambulance took me to Madadeni hospital.But I was told I had to stand in the queue.So I went to Dr.Ngubane.He examined me and told me that the injury was minor.Then I went to Dr.Maharaj,who told me I will need a knee replacement.I went back to Dr.Ngubane who told me that my file was lost.ff.I couldn't claim fromRAF.The injury escalated.I was force to resign in 2017.Now I am disabled.I use a crutch to move.I had talking about people who became ill at work and that they will be compensated.How can I also be compensated so that I will be able to afford the surgery?
