Dear Barbara, Im sitting in the Krugersdorp DLTC, there is so many resources walking around however no progress in this line to get my license card renewed, it does seem that government employees are more focused on chats and cell phones. There is lack of order or any service orientation behavior evident. It is beyond any reasonable understanding why this process takes so long especially if you have provided a booking system. The hysterical funny thing is I received more direction from the car guard in the parking and the security guard at the door.
This behavior is killing our country and abusing our citizens.
