Dear Dr Schreiber
At this time I am reaching out to you in utter desperation. I am trying to follow the deportation timeline of two Malawian citizens who were processed in Caledon court on Friday 17 July. They were handed to Mr Bout (immigration). Mr Bout has been rude, arrogant and unhelpful throughout the process. It is impossible to get through to the Caledon office and Mr Bout does not answer his phone or reply to messages either. This is a dismal reflection on your department, which we as tax paying citizens do not deserve. The inhumane treatment of fellow Africans during the recent and ongoing xenophobic attacks will remain as an unforgivable stain on this "nation."
