Dear Dr Ramokgopa, I’m very disappointed with Eskom at Mqanduli, Eastern Cape
There was a storm on the 15 December that cutted electric cables and it’s a bit of concern that cables were left unattended up until today and to mind the expense of buying food for a limited days and processed food.

The area is full of domestic animals some have been electrocuted already and since it’s a festive season even the safety of people passing by.

Eskom at Mqanduli have no one at work, they are all on leave, for how long nobody knows and the place is close to a tar road, which gives no reason for them not to fix it.
Please kindly help to address the issue, KSD municipal at Mthatha has been consulted including Eskom as far as East London but no one is helping out in this case reference number: 893003241
