Dear Dr Groenewald, the SANDF as we all know is financially paralyzed and a mere shadow of that we were once proud to respect .

I understand that our SANDF Peacekeeping Forces, be they Army, Navy, Air Force of Health Services and irrespective of the roles they play are well compensated by the AU or UN for their services. My understanding is that payment is calculated in US Dollars.

The participants would appear to be given a mere pittance of the sum paid in respect of 'danger' or 'deployment' pay.

What State account is that income credited to as it would not appear to be subsidizing the SANDF's day-to-day operations or much of the financial decay we see would not occur?
