Good day,
I would like to know where one could report an incident with regards to corona besides the Hotline.

Two employees tested positive for Corona in East London's Turner Brothers and Distribution warehouse .
The rest of the employees were not properly informed and the place is still operating as if nothing happened. The protective gear for the employees is not enough.

When an employee (who requested to remain anonymous so as to protect themselves from management and protect his job) reported this on the hotline the matter was handled properly.
As a result the employees are still required to go to work and there has been no intervention from the Department of health.

Kindly assist with the matter or direct me to where I can escalate the matter.
