I understand that this may be non issue to you and your Department but to me it is a matter of life and death as we have dedicated ourselves to the struggle of liberation to be free and better people but now we have a situation where the very people we have elected to ensure that treat us with beggars who must wait until they decide whether they can act against individuals they have employed to implement. This is not the first time I am making an appeal to you but not once have I received a response and that to me means it is below your dignity to respond to a pipsqueak like me.During apartheid era we knew who our enemies are and now the very people we have elected tend to undermine us and we do not understand why. Government under normal circumstances would encourage us to send our children to school but people winin the Government do not come to our rescue when we appeal to them because they are comfortable and do not experience the problems we are encountering. Why then did we got involve in the struggle?,
