My youngest daughter was supposed to have done in service training at Raymond Mhlaba Municipality. She is currently doing her third year of B.Com (Disaster Mangement) at Stenden SA and next year would be her final year. She has been to the Municipality Chief to be assisted to start it but she has been told to wait for Municipal Manager who in fact was only 21 km away and nobody cared even to call her. She left her letter from the Institution with her cell number and as it is now she is waiting for Municipal Manager and as we all know this would have a negative impact on her studies and it is because of the owner of that municipality that would treat people differently. I understand and know that I may not get positive response from your office and I wonder as well as my children do as why we suffer the way we did fighting apartheid when our rulers are going to turn their backs against us.
