I'm here by writing this message in the hope to get help. I am a student at TUT Pretoria Main Campus doing a one year course and I have a concern: I went to the school financial department so I can apply for financial aid NSFAS and I was turned away told that I do not qualify to apply. I then called NSFAS customer service line to enquire and they said I qualify but now applications have closed. My problem is that I was turned away and now I have no funds and the person who turned me away is probably funded.
