i just want to understand why are we made to undergo 18 months in-
house training's in many government departments but at the end of
those training's we do not get employment. I know it is for
experience but what do we do with 1 year, 6 months experience if
when there's post advertised the minimum required experience is 2
years upward? Can the minister please help with this because i
have completed my in-house training but the department where i did
my training or any other department cannot hire me for that
reason, private sector even.
