Dear Mr. Nxesi

I submitted an illness benefit claim for my husband in 2020, and have, as yet, not received any payment. My husband has been unable to work since March 2020, and the approval of this claim would assist me in taking care of my disabled husband.

I have submitted the relevant documents to the UIF department on several occasions with no success.

Please assist with the finalization of this claim.
