Mr Cele i would like to call upon you to come and invistigate tarvens that are operating inside the area where we leave,where tarvens are operating in houses,we have children they cant study because of noise in the tarvens in vosloorus ext 16 and also to review the by-laws of tarvens/shebeens and public drinking,because people from this tarvens sit in the middle of the street and drink if you are driving you cant move your car because of them.
Please Mr Minister visit vosloorus ext 16.
