I am a beneficiary to a land claim matter that is experiencing illegal land invasion in plain sight of the police and the Department of Rural Development and Land Reform. I am being advised to get an interdict which is approximately R250 000. There is a pending case of trespassing that is apparently not able to arrest anyone. How does that work. This is really puzzling as I know of Police who have bought stands on the property at hand and it has come to my attention that maybe that is the reason why they won't assist us.
