Please accept my apology in bringing this to your attention. It will be appreciated Sir, despite many attempts to get my complaints rectified by the staff of the British Council in Johannesburg, to humbly request a platform to air my views. They ( staff in Johannesburg) are inefficient, abrupt and not helpful. My main complaint is the IELTS testing in South Africa. There is so much issues relevant to this that this email will not do.

I do realize Sir, you are a extremely busy person and I look forward to a positive response.
