Dear Minister,my sons identity name and number has been given to someone from Pakistan or Bangladesh and we are struggling to get my son an id, home affairs in paarl is delaying the process saying the case is pending without them communicating or updating us about the case 1 year has passed and not a word or even a call from home affairs.Please Minister is it possible for an intervention.
