My name is Sthandiwe Alwande Maphumulo and I am worried that the department of Home Affairs failed to help me about my stolen identity document and this is a serious issue because as I have just finished my matric on 2020, I have also applied to public universities and I find it hard to continue with my application because of my lost identity document.
