I would like to kindly get assistant with getting appointments for the Edenvale office for 2 id cards 2 passports and a birth certificate. The website kept on going down eventually I got my application done only to never beable to get an appointment time in the time I could get off work. I went to the Edenvale office and the line was around the block already by 7am. I was harassed for not having an appointment then told the system is down. I can't even get an appointment at a bank no available appointments in the times I can get to go.
This is am impossible task and not just for me but thousands are so frustrated.
How can you help me?
