Dear Mr Schreiber

My sister-in-law on returning from England applied for her ID in January 2025 and has been waiting ever since!
After numerous follow ups and emails to home affairs she was told there is a problem with her fingerprints but no one could tell her what the problem was. Now it seems the process is ‘stuck’!
This has cost her being able to register to vote in the upcoming elections which is hugely disappointing !
