Hi there, I am Mr. Avishkar Jagannath a South African ICT entrepreneur, the director of HDC Solutions (PTY) Ltd and founder of the HDC Project 2020.

This is my second attempt of writing to you for assistance.

I am in pursuit of providing people centric ICT Solutions to the mobile convenience of all South African citizens and I have taken pride in developing my project which a large amount of Research & Development to lift specific national challenges faced in respective public sectors. I have even conduct a market analysis with the DoT, DoBE and EDTEA receiving positive appetite towards my aspiring digital solutions.

However I have self sustained my project to date and have not received any financial support from any of the public incentives towards ICT developments to date. I have approached the EEIP & EDP with Microsoft, Huawei & IBM only to receive disappointment of processors that seed my project for its innovation without any commitment.

I have reached a point whereby I have even approached 'The Presidency of the Republic of South Africa' to potential present my project to our President himself as it is in direct correlation to all conversations around 4IR, IOT and national Data Security.
