Dear Madam

Am writing this letter to you with much expectations and I hope and believe you will give me a patient hearing..I feel like I needed to write you a letter and express myself how I feel about this whole situation where I feel like the court ruling only favours the pupils who where able to access the leaked papers

Am not fighting or undermining the decision of the court law I just need some clarification on this matter.and for them to understand my side of view in my world I feel like rewriting is the best idea in fact a brilliant one,the time I heard our minister Angie Motshekga announcing that we will be rewriting those leaked papers I was like a dream finally coming true knowing that they won't be any student who receives good marks which they didn't work for.

Then boom! the court ruling ruined everything, I asked myself how could our government/court fails us to an extend where they favours pupils who are wrong?? I suppose the court thought that not rewriting it's the best solution for all of us but when facing reality they thought wrong.
Not accepting rewrite only gives pupils who where able to benefit from the leaking papers a better future, better chances to be accepted at university and also more power to do it again

They are things we should consider on this matter.not rewriting only favours the pupils who where able to access the leaked papers and makes them to get the better marks than us,occupy our spaces at university while they have cheated.what hurts me the most is that some of us send sleepless nights preparing for the exams..on the other side what did they do?all they needed to do was to log in get the paper then make their own memorandum after all they will get better marks than us
My main concern is that how will you know how many pupil where able to access the leaked papers??
No 1 usually in grade 12 we study in groups so if it happens one of us is able to access the leaked paper all she/he can send it to us via Bluetooth or share it, my biggest concern is that how will you know??
No 2 it's not like the leaked both question paper and memorandum in this case they only leaked question paper which makes them to do their own memorandum how will you guys in the marking center determine if this pupil where able to access the leaked paper or not? Because everyone will have different answers

If you let this matter unsolved it will only gives the one corrupted more joy then us.
Rewriting is the best solution because we will all get the marks that we deserve, to us the innocent ones it's not a punishment but a second chance the ones who will feel like it's a punishment they are those who benefited from the leaking of papers.
You can make us vote and see how many pupil are willing/wanting to rewrite

Please solve the corrupted one and fight for us
