I urgently need your help. I am trying to get my son's birth certificate after the adoption was registered. We went into Roodepoort on 07 Feb 2020, paid for the new certificate with his new name and surname. Last year September when I eventually got through they told me to phone in a year time. For the last 2 months I am e-mailing Hacc@dha.gov.za, phoning the customer number 0800 60 1190, phone Roodepoort 011 279 7300 no one is answering. Today I eventually got through with some bad new. My Sons surname was changed but is name is still Simson. I must phone back in a months time and see if they escalated it.

Is this the reason why people do not adopt. Is this the reason why we have so many small kids sleeping on the street, do not have homes or parents that can look after them. The amount of stress, calls, follow ups just to adopt a child and get his birth certificate is outrages.

Please I am on my KNEES BEGGING FOR YOUR HELP.
Please help me to get my sons birth certificate. I want to put this past me. I want to move forward with Jandre Pieterse.

Please I need your help, I don't know where to go to who to phone for help.
