I am a grade 12 learner in gauteng, Johannesburg west .I have documentation problems .I have done all in my power to get help from the department of home affairs but my matter has not yet been solved , so I am very worried about how I am going write my final examinations without an ID .MY MARKS ARE VERY GOOD (take for instance my term two report ;,I got seven distinctions).
I feel very bad about this and I really wouldn't like to see myself not getting my matric certificate and not furthering my studies because of this matter,something which is not even my fault

I cry myself to bed everyday because I feel like this is the end of my life.please help me
