Good evening Mr Julius Melema my name Tania i an writing this letter on behalf of my daughter. She has been diagnosed with covid on the 22rd of july 2021,she has send her test results to her manager which she was told that she must attend work on friday the 25th of july 2021.she then phoned and mailed my daughter stating she must not get a shock of her life cause she is not getting any salary this month.
She did send another email which i tania responded to her boss their company had been without water for almost a month and half, how do their employees used the toilets washe their hands that company is very unhygienic....after i tokd her i an taking this to all relevant parties and put the emails on social media and even get the news in she changed her whole demeanor. My daughter contracted the virus atvwork which her boss denied. One lady had a whole month off due to covid and was paid in full.
I have all the emails, the dr"s conversations with my daugter ,so last night my daughter received a attorney's letter for me, long story short i told him to go and educate his client about covid and i wish she and her children contract the virus so she would feel how dows it feel. Cause clearly she is inhumane no feelings for her employees and unfortunately there is no union at that company. My daugter received another email from her boss a few hours ago 24/7/21. They r discussing my daughter's COVID-19 amongst each in the company, i have a voice note of one of my daughter's friend send to her,stating if my daughter enters the work place they should close their doors befor she enters.......CCMA said my daughter need everything on black and white which she has, her boss is a white trailer trash and a homewrecker sorry i am not racist but i caanot sit still and let my daughter be victimized and bullied whilst she is in isolaton. Is there anyone whi can assist me with this problem my daughter is afraid she might loose her work.......this has taken alot off strain on her where se even started to cut her wrist as a mother i am drained off my daughter's positive results and now she is even huting herself the taught off her loosing her work
