Dear Minister,

I have been trying to correct the country of birth on my ID for years, including right now.
ALL the officials do is keep requesting money which has been paid numerous times and nothing happens. I have all the names of the officials that I have paid over the years including correspondence/ messages that have been exchanged. And it is still going on as I write this.
You will probably not respond, but I don't know what to do anymore. I have exhausted all avenues.
We have even been to lawyers with no success. My parents many years ago registered me with fake details and I have been unable to get it fixed. I did not do this and would like to rectify it.
