My business car was taken with the gun point by the Honeydew Police officers from my driver.
And they claimed it was fraudulently sold to me. But the shocking and the disturbing thing is that the following day they gave my car to their Nigerian friend whom I don't know, which I would like to believe that he paid them for it. The police officer who took the car from my driver with the gunpoint, he then called me demanding the papers of the car or else he will get me arrested if I don't give him the papers of the car, which I refused.
The car is in my names and it is given to someone else without my knowledge, How?
The car was never circulated or pounded. There is no case number under this car.
I went to see the station commander regarding this matter he said he had no clue about this matter and he promised to give me a call after investigating the matter.
Few days later I was called by a Colonel from the station telling me that the case was opened against the person who sold me the car and not against the car that's why there is no case number under this car and they gave my car to the other person just to look after it until the court decide who to give the car to🤔
All of this does not make sense at all.
Fraud is high in Honeydew Police Station and it is disturbing.
If they believe that there is a fraud concerning the car, why not pound it and open the case and take the matter to court.
They deny me of information
If any crime committed now by the person with my car, who is going to be held responsible because the car is in my name?
Minister please help me. I desperately need your help.
