Morning Dr Blade Nzimande, I'm Siyamtanda Nombewu from Eastern Cape at Engcobo studying at Walter Sisulu University at Umthatha (NMD).

I write to you because i've tried absolutely everything in my powers to help me register for my final year but, i could not find any help.

I had a problem with two modules on my second semester results where my lecturers made a mistake and said i failed both these modules "Psychology and Sociology". I then contacted them and they quickly rectified that and i passed all my modules.

When I try to register the system doesn't allow me too, so i decided to call NSFAS and check if what might be the problem. When i reached NSFAS they told me that the University said on their report that i have failed those two modules "Psychology and Sociology" even though they have been rectified. I tried and explained my story to them, they then told me that in order for Nsfas to fund me the University must resend my rectified marks where i've passed these modules.

I then went to the bursary branch (FAB) at my Institution that is responsible for sending our marks to NSFAS and i narated my story them, I even showed them my transcript as proof that i havn't failed a single module since my first year. They then made it easire and said, I should send them an email narating my story they will then take it from there.

I waited for a week with no response and i decided to call them, when i did they promissed to back at me. I waited and they never showed up. I called them again they said they haven't attended to my promblem but they will soon and that they will give me a call when they've sorted this issue. I never got a call from them. Next week thursday registration will be closing and I do not want to be left out please Dr Blade help me.
