Good morning I would like to find out from you minister that how is that possible for the home affairs to issue death certificate without ID or copy when someone is deceased, the home affairs issued death certificate to someone whom I shared same name and Surname and the person was older than me, family went to Police Station to obtain and affidavit and the death certificate was issued plus birth certificate while me the ID owner don't have the current birth certificate, I. Only have the one from 70's I need ur help I open the police case I went to the home affairs and all the paper work was done, so this thing is affecting me so much, and the other thing how did the funeral parlour collect the body at the hospital mortuary without the deceased ID book
