I am a young Black man in his earlier 20s I did my Technical Matric and worked hard to pass and I did but I failed Afrikaans so I tried to rewrite it this year only to find out that it has been discontinued now my life is at a standstill due to the fact that I can't get my certificate because I failed Afrikaans and I can't even Re-write it. I have tried all possible avenue's to try and get some sort of help but my cries have fallen on deaf ears.

I really would appreciate your help regarding this matter
