My name is Bulelwa am writing this on behalf of my mother, My mother was given an RDP house in Olievenhoutbosch ext 13 in 1999, back in the days they were given 2 house keys for 2 different RDP houses and they would go and look at 2 RDP houses and then select one and give back the other key, my mother did just that and gave back the other key, the house she selected was then put in her name, she paid rent and water for the house and a couple of years later when she was supposed to get her tittle deed, she found that the house was under the city of tshwane and the other house which had been occupied by the other family was in her name, we don’t know how this happened as the house we live in was in my mother’s name, she tried to resolve the issue and has been to the housing department in centurion a couple of times but the issue is not resolved, they say that she has to tell the other people in the house in her name to come sign for it so that the house we stay in can be put in her name she approached the people and they said they would go to the housing department to sign but never did, am assuming that they never got the house legally since they don’t have any documentation, my mother is not the one that gave those people the house so am not sure why the housing department is failing to assist, my biggest problem is that 3 years down the line the issue is not resolved,your assistances would be appreciated in the matter , should you require more information please contact me via email mxebalb@gmail.com

The people in the Olievenhoutbosch and centurion offices are failing to resolve this issue and my mother is to old for this inconvenience which was not created by her
