My name is Sheila Kololo, a 22 year old currently pursuing an LLB law degree with one of the Universities in South Africa.
I would like to request assistance on behalf of my mom to get an RDP. She has since applied for an RDP in 2002 but to date she has not received anything. Life has reached its turmoil point for us, I'm pleading with the party at large to assist where possible, she can barely make ends meet, we survive from hand to mouth, handouts and debts that are constantly piling up. This has severely affected her health as well as she also has a chronic condition.
