I trust you are still doing well despite all the challenges caused by Covid-19?

On more than one occasion have I observed that not all school headmasters coped equally well with their managerial challenges.

Should South African universities, especially Unisa, not consider introducing a Hons BEd specializing in school leadership and management? Your hands will be strengthened if headmasters are better equipped with the required competencies (knowledge, values, skills, attitudes and attributes) to lead and manage their schools.
