Good day
We have been at this home affairs office 3 times to collect our unabridged birth certificates and everytime there is an issue
1st we were here at 7am and waited for hours and there was load shedding .
2nd we waited the whole day again they were offline apparently a nationwide offline .
We try to call to find out if our certificates are ready the phone just rings .
We had to send a email to Pretoria to find out if they ready as we did not even receive a message or sms
Today we came at 1pm thinking the lines will be shorter to to arrive and a lady came and said oh sorry the line was cut off at 8h30am already so we must come back
So what is the point of working hours being 8h00 to 15h30pm when at 13h00 they are telling you the line had been cut off already .
Is there anyway that I can get these certificates at another branch clearly I am not winning at this branch
