The Home affairs at the Pavilion should be thoroughly investigated after the shocking service i experienced there last week.My mother who is 90 years old and in a wheelchair was made to wait for over 2 hours in the queue.The sign outside saying wheelchairs to the front means absolutely nothing in reality.It's impossible to make an online appointment as there are never any time slots available.The organization is terrible.It was disgraceful service to an elderly disabled citizen
