Hi is there anyone who can assist me with getting documents out of home affairs. I have been trying for 2 and a half years. I am trying to get a vault copy marriage certificate and birth certificate. I contact the hotline number 0800601190 and presidential hotline 17737 nearly every 2 weeks. This is ridiculous that after so many years it cannot be resolved. Everyone just says pay the bribes but why must I only be assisted if I bribe someone to do their job.
