Dear Dr Schreiber

The Department of Home Affairs has and continues to discriminate against South African citizens born outside the country in that it prevents them from using the Home Affairs e-services. Not only is this annoying for these citizens but it also contributes to inefficiencies at Home Affairs by requiring them to apply for documents in person rather than on-line, I would appreciate an explanation as to how this discrimination is justifies and whether there are any plans to amend it. I live in Constantia Kloof and so have included Ms Potgieter in the message.
