Home affairs is in shambles. I have written 4 emails and no response. I am desperately trying to renew my passport and get a smart ID. JUST cannot get a booking for biometric. Currently I am in Park Rynie Home Affairs. What a shambles. From 8:30 to now 11:06, only 4 to 5 have been done. No work ethic whatsoever.
Please, intervene as my emails are not reaching you.
