I hope you are in good health.

1) Have am amount needed for change & request the treasury to grant you that. Have data, people with input & as much as you can to receive it.

2) Pay for higher subscription on SITA so that the DHA can have better support & have a second backup line for the DHA so that if systems ever do go offline they can always link to other branches

3) The online ehomeaffairs is not in use for the kzn region and im sure other regions as well by looks. Only JHB seems to be sorted. Don't short staff the DHA by sending employees away if there are no booking available online.

4) Stop renting & start owning the DHA buildings so that less money can be spent and teach employees the importance of sparing electricity

5) Have 5 people inside to see to :
Elderly people (60+), Officials, people aged between (40-60), people who are first time and people who are not first time between (18-40) and allow flexibility for each person to work for another group if they are quiet

6) Employ young individuals like myself who are passionate about helping create a change and let students know what skills you're looking for in order to procure good workers who are skilled and qualified to work with problems and provide solutions beyond the expected
