Dear Mr Minister.Thanks for coming back again to the police force.Iam a man who was once hijacked in limpopo in the area of Soekmekaar on 2th december 2017 by about 18men driving 3vehicles .my vehicle was later found in Kgapane area known as Ga-Rapitsi.It seems there is a gang operating that side with the gang leader as MUGABE known to the community as notorious and stays there,so according to what i have observed is that the police in Duiwelskloof and kgapane are afraid to arrest him even they know who is involved and it seems some officers are benefiting from the crime and might have account with them.During december,when i was registering my case it seems there were about 14Hijackings.Can you maybe possibly attend and eradicate this monsters.Im saying this because my parents both died when i was Nine and i also nearly died due to this Hijacking.Plz assist because in you ,WE TRUST.
