I reported a hijacking case last year .I saw a police officer and the person who hijacked my car together in Jabulani Mall.After that I went to station commander first to report what I've seen then he referred me to General and General chased me away from his office.Until now I know where the hijacker stays but the police doesn't want to go there and arrest the person in Soweto
