Hon. Minister, your efforts are appreciated and your dedication is unquestionable, but has the Hon. Minister ever reflected that further and higher education should look at other practical courses such as those that made Cuba to allow Cuba ending in reexporting to America their automobiles etc.
Eg fitting and turning, tool making, etc.
