Dear Shela Paulina Boshielo,
Tell our ufudu (slow) president to take a note from the real President of Botswana who declared a state of emergency on the shortage of medicines in hospitals. We have the same problem here. Crime is out of control and ramaphosa is briefed by intelligence every morning. He knows this but it seems numb to him. Mr. Ramaphosa declare a state of emergency on crime and corruption instead of wasting money on commissions.
