It would be excellent to encourage people who have money and pay tax, to give work and support people currently receiving grants.

How to encourage them:
- allow the people who pay tax, to deduct from tax, payments to people who receive grants.

Why is this a good idea:
Could motivate people with money, to help others get more work and take burden off coffers
