We have a problem here in North West Mafikeng. My young brother was refused to attend his last year ko Unibo. Regardless of the countless times he tried to make arrangements of paying his outstanding balance from last year, they still refused him to attend. He applied for NSFAS since 2016, till to date he hasn't been replied. This is a depressive situation for him as his marks are outstanding. We only depend on our mothers pension salary.
