Dear John Harold Jeffrey .My name is Lorraine Braithwaite and my husband is Irvin Braithwaite.We are pensioners that is received from Sassa.Our electricity and water has been disconnected because of the arrears amount.We pay for the current account and have tried on numerous times to make arrangements to pay something that is affordable to us on our arrears but have been fruitless because the money that the Municipality wants on arrears from us is unaffordable.My husband is in wheelchair bound for the past six years after his operation from a slipped disc with a pinched nerve.It very difficult taking care of him without electricity and water as he does not have control of his bowels at times.Can you kindly assist Sir I ask of you please.Thanking you Kindly
