Dear Julius Malema

Help! We as the South African youth want introduce Self-Determination Communities Zones in each province. Like Orania but for black people, with the Approval of the Parliament, allow us to Launch a Communal Service Delivery Scheme, the purpose of these programs will be ensuring that people are able to make decisions about matters that affect their lives. Essential to the exercise of self-determination is choice, participation and control.

It is the right of peoples to freely determine their political status and economic, social and cultural development. The outcomes of self-determining processes must correspond to the free and voluntary choice of the people concerned.

While many traditional human rights are concerned with individual members of a society, self-determination is a collective right exercised by ‘peoples’.

This means South Africa is obliged to ensure that Indigenous peoples have a say about their social, political, cultural, and economic needs. So far we are no where close, the right of Indigenous peoples to self-determination recognises long-held traditions of ‘independent decision-making, self-government, and institutional self-reliance’

We will build self sustainable zones. Communities that make their own food, they produce their own power, they have their own schools, they will also have their own roads and security, only members of this CSDS(Communal Service Delivery Schem) will be exempted from Government services, we do not seek to challenge the state normal operations, we seek to be excluded from government operations.

We will make monthly contributions and use the money to buy land, development and improvement of existing resources, strategic planning around water shortages in communities will be put in place, Mini solar plants will also be installed in every such existing communities, the contributions will be permanent, and will also serve the communities in the same frame, Orania is an example and it has proven against the mass to be effective, resilient and more productive. We learn from the best. Irrespective of colour.

We will also build factories in these communities apart from jobs created by the coops Farming division which will be the primary food provider of its members, this will not only lower food and job shortages but also make more South Africans a more self reliant and self determined nation.

Kind regards
Obert Rapetswa
