My complaint is on the requirements to be accredited by SHRA.
As SMEs I have no formal trading even to trade but my company is active and compliant, but can not have Audited Financial statements and so on.
As to be Housing delivery agent i do not meet the Checklist (QSA)
Does that meet I can not be equipped over time to be compliant that much??

I might have right to Restructured zones for Housing development in the Eastern Cape but do not meet your requirements.

So as SMEs are we being promoted or sidelined?
