My name is Happy Maboane, I am a beneficiary of a CPA calle Dipati, Doornkop in North West Province. In 2023 you assigned deputy minister Capa to do the handover. Since then we've had many complaints internally with our CPA exco regarding their lack of involving us as contributors to the development of the farm after government donated 123 pregnant bonsmara cows with 6 bulls, implements, machinery and funds. We voiced our complaints to the exco regarding their inability to call meetings and provide reports but all was in vain,. We asked for intervention of the provincial office and they told us they don't have powers to impose decisions on the exco. We need assistance in this regard. We understand power were separated between province and national, but now there is a registra of CPA's appointed and promised to give us a hearing. We also request assistance from national government to expedite this process.
