I write to complain and compliment. It is a good thing to build haidressing schools across the nation.It is however worrying that your department is appointing underqualified personnel to teach hairdressing while I sit at home with my trade test certificate and SACE teaching licence.This appointed teachers attend workshops,then come back to teach.Hairdressing is very technical,it needs years to grasp the skill.I have a complaints letter I will like to send to your office outlining my dillema in detail.please forward an email of the most senior public officer to handle my correspondence. I have been to Struben street in Pretoria,I was referred to your office.
