Greetings minister

I was thinking of maybe what could be the effect of bringing back the two teams that were cut off to make 16 total number of teams participating in the premier league,I mean 18 is definitely better than 16.
The missing two participants would change the lives of many families.I just thought maybe this is one way of fighting poverty through sport.
